Video Progetti designed and implemented the entire broadcast infrastructure of a new regional television (Ultima Tv)
Rome, November 28, 2016 – In the month of November 2016, Video Progetti, a leading broadcast distributor and system integrator, delivered a completely new HD broadcast infrastructure for a regional television in the south of Italy.
Video Progetti, which managed the entire project, was commissioned for the design, architecture, implementation, test and commissioning of the entire system.
The new facility is composed of a master control room (MCR), a production control room (PCR), a studio theatre, a newscast studio, a newsroom which accommodates up to eleven journalists and four craft post production stations.
All the different areas are connected using a compact and flexible multiformat broadcast router and high quality products produced by top class manufacturers are integrated in each environment (e.g. Snell Advanced Media, Grass Valley, Clear-Com, Livestream, Sencore, TV Logic).
After having delivered the system Video Progetti provided traning and operational support to the qualified technical team of Ultima Tv.
